This is an original 1927 halftone print of an advertising poster for travel to Ireland via the London & Northwestern Railway. Designer: Norman Wilkinson. (Please note that, typical of halftone prints, there is printing on the reverse.)

Norman Wilkinson (1878-1971)

Sir Norman Wilkinson was a British artist, illustrator, and poster designer born in Cambridge, England. A member of the Royal Institute of Painters in Water Colours, his primary artistic interest was in maritime subjects.
